Johannes Schmidt (1978) studied Computer Sciences and Media Technology at Ilmenau/Thuringia as well as Direction and Computer Animation. Since 2009 he holds a diploma in Computer Animation, Schwerte (North Rhine-Westphalia).

He is a computer artist and project assistant at film production company SCHMIDTzKATZE FILMKOLLEKTIV GmbH in Halle and Berlin. Johannes was also a systems administrator and senior artist at animation company PUPPETEERS Schwerte (North Rhine-Westphalia).
