Learn how to use open source tools for designing publications

On March 31, 2023, Open Source Publishing (OSP) from Brussels will join us for a talk about their practice and approach towards open source software in graphic design. Open Source Publishing questions the influence and affordance of digital tools through its practice of (commissioned) graphic design, pedagogy and applied research. They prefer to use exclusively free and open source softwares F/LOSS. They find excitement in the cross-over between its members respective fields and competences.
On April 1, 2023 OSP will host a one-day workshop diving into non proprietary web-to-print tools. In the workshop we will explore collective modes of publishing and designing using web-based tools.
