part of the new training program series DW Play Test
We encounter documentary formats every day. Alongside classic documentary films and television documentaries, YouTube videos and social media channels also make use of documentary storytelling techniques.
The workshop “Alles Echt – Dokumentarische Formate drehen” [eng. “All Real – Filming Documentary Formats”] covers the technical, creative, and legal fundamentals and involves participants working together to produce a piece on a topic of their own choosing.
This event is aimed at artists, educators, and others interested.
It is organized in cooperation with the Medienbildungszentrum Süd.

Of course, a certificate of participation can be issued for this training course.
About DW Play Test
Play Test is a series of professional development sessions and workshops for artists, educators, and anyone interested in learning about methods of cultural education and creative and critical engagement with technology. Participants can apply what they learn in their own educational projects or workshops and adapt it to their own practice. All programs are developed by and in collaboration with artists and cultural practitioners.
The Play Test series is part of the Digitale Welten program of NODE Forum for Digital Arts, developed in cooperation with Creative Coding Utrecht and the KIKK Festival Namur. Funded by the Crespo Foundation. In cooperation with the Smart City Office of the City of Frankfurt am Main.
