We dedicated the 2017 festival edition to the social and global responsibility of design and coding practices. In seven days, the international media art scene created a vibrant hub for critical debate and making, knowledge sharing between technology experts and enthusiasts.

The symposium was the main conference during NODE17 Forum for Digital Arts. For one day, the laptops remain closed, and we try to expand the view to a bigger scope.

NODE17 Forum for Digital Arts covered an extensive exhibition and arts & mediation program for people of all ages. More than 30 artists exhibited and shared their work and knowledge with the audience.

The NODE Festival 2015 topped all previous editions: Booked up workshops and new impulses for Frankfurt's art and culture scene with this years exhibition. Mousonturm and Naxoshalle figured out to be perfect new festival locations.

The NODE15 exhibition ‘The Informed Body’ brought together works of art and design, exploring the past and the present of the complex interdependence between the human body and technology.
