Elisabeth Wegner
Speaker
Elisabeth Wegner was born in Germany, lived in Vancouver, Jerusalem, Paris and Zurich before settling on a little island in the Atlantic with her husband and two kids. Elisabeth studied analytical philosophy at the University of Cologne, where she also met her husband and took a common interest in theories of meaning and knowledge. They both taught tutorials in philosophical logic as well as epistemology and philosophy of mind.
After achieving their M.A.s they set out to put their theoretical knowledge into practice. They founded an online self-help community (which they sold to an american investor), programmed learning apps for children and developed a framework for efficient political communication. The results of their analyses can be read in Dushan’s book Talking Points oder die Sprache der Macht.
