Lisa Bergmann is a German artist interested in processes of image creation and documentation. Her research is not less directed at the impact of automatization to physical relationships between humans and other beings and exploring the way in which new technologies and their commercial applications shape society.

With a background in photography, she has moved to media arts studying at the Karlsruhe University of Art and Design Karlsruhe (HfG). She is currently working on an artists’ project on European border technology and policies.
