Lisa Schröter

Lisa Schröter was born in 1986 in Mainz, studied textile technology / textile management in Reutlingen and Spacial Design at the University of Westminster, London. She combines engineering with design. Her particular interest is the exploration of the potential importance of technology applied to various aesthetic practices. She designed space and textile concepts for film and theater productions and worked with various designers such as Dagmar Kestner and Altin Stark. Since 2013 she cooperates with Neue Dringlichkeit. Currently she’ s studying science and technology at the TU Berlin and is working at the Max Planck Institute for History of Science, where she examines influences of technological renewal on aesthetic concepts.
