Tali Furrer
Artist
Tali May Furrer was born in 1997 in Zürich. She attended the high school in Küsnacht with Spanish as her main subject. Her greatest passion is dancing. 2015 her interest in dance and body resulted in her “Matura”-Paper on performative art. After graduation, she moved from the suburbs to Copenhagen. There she attended the “Copenhagen Contemporary Dance School” for a year and developed her skills in various dance styles. During this time, she dealt with the question of whether she could imagine a life as a dancer. She realized that in that moment of time she didn’t only want to commit to dance, because she was also interested in the organizational part of the arts field. Therefore she applied for an internship as an assistant to the production management at the Theaterhaus Gessnerallee. Since September 2016, she has been working at Gessnerallee, taking part in various productions at the organizational level.
