Véronique Pêcheux was born in 1979. She graduated from École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Photographer since 2009, Véronique works on a daily basis for fashion creators and designers. She also makes photo reportages for different agencies. Along with her photographic orders, Véronique develops her personal projects. She was the ambassador of Mois de la photo OFF 2014.
In her photographic construction, Véronique makes an abstraction of the reality by decontextualizing the space within which she creates a new environment for her characters. Her objects and figures find themselves in a stage design of refined, abstract and colorful compositions. Each photographic order goes though the same procedure, in order to, in the end, evoke the singularity and keep only the essential of the idea.
