Paper Pop Up Projection Mapping

The aim of the workshop was to introduce the generative possibilities of vvvv in the context of small architectural scenes as well as to decipher some projection mapping myths by developing basic spatial concepts as architectural spaces, using paper pop-ups.
The participants experienced and learned a creative approach to analog/digital work-flow. The workshopwas a fun and informative experience aimed as an entry-point to vvvv and architectural thinking. There was a brief introduction presentation about the topic, followed by activities of folding paper pop-up templates, and spatially assembling them into scenes, which in the second half was video-mapped using mini LED projectors and rudimentary vvvv patches.
