NODE+CODE is a local lecture and meetup series in Frankfurt, Germany.
We regularly invite artists and coders to share their practice, get inspiration for their recent research questions and discuss their challenges with the local arts and technology community. Stay tuned via facebook, meetup or our special newsletter!
NODE+CODE emerged from the creative coding communities of VVVV, Processing and related frameworks. Since late 2011 we regularly invite artists, thinkers, hackers to present their views or works.
In 2014, we have entered a series of editions that revolved more around the theme of “embodiment” as it relates to technology, code, digital art. Check our facebook page or meetup group to be informed about the next dates.
NODE+CODE takes place in cooperation with different partners like basis Frankfurt, Künstlerhaus Mousonturm, MESO digital interiors, Professur für Visuelle Kultur (Prof. Verena Kuni, Goethe University Frankfurt) and was funded by Stiftung Polytechnische Gesellschaft in 2014 and 2015.
